For products within the warranty period, we will arrange engineers from the technical department to conduct more in-depth fault analysis and on-machine testing to ensure that the problem is completely solved.
System Administrator Training
In order to help customers better manage and maintain our hardware and software equipment, we will provide system administrator training services. The training includes basic operation, daily maintenance, common problems and advanced management skills. Through training, customers can establish their own professional maintenance team and reduce the dependence on external technical support.
User Training
In addition to system administrator training, we will also provide training services for users.
